Hello.

My account is verified and i have made withdrawal before.

My payout was approved 17.06, but nothing received till today 24.06.

At first i waited approval for 5 days without any reason.

Also i have already been in this situation with this casino. Never thought that i have to experience same situation again.( One month waiting)

Customer service dont give much hope.

I undrstand that you do your best to resolve this issue, but please do understand me to. I have deposited money to your casino. Pardon me, but if you take deposits, you should be prepared to give back winnings as well.
In casino sieger terms &condition you have clearly pointed out withdrawal options. Why you dont follow them and ask your customers to follow?
