I am very happy with the treatment I have received from Casinosieger since I started using it.
But I have an issue that concerns me and I can't resolve it with the Casino's online support staff.
In its terms, Casinosieger says that payments with values below 1000EUR are paid in a matter of 48 hours.
I have my account fully verified, yet, I am more than 96 hours (twice the term) expecting to receive the amount of 383EUR and so far nothing.
Attached is a screenshot of my email (the same one I use to register with Casinosieger) with the email I received from Casinosieger as soon as I requested the withdrawal of the aforementioned amount.

As you were informed over email you have placed bets exceeding 30% or more of the value of your balance, while there was wagering requirements for fulfilling.
For this reason, as a gesture of good will, your balance was reinstated to the original balance ( 75 EUR deposit + 45 bonus ).
