Hello :)

Hope you're doing fine.

I've got a withdrawl problem with Casino Sieger - as I'm still waiting the 8th day for a small/medium payout (1.500€). As they advertise with 1 day payouts here at AskGamblers, I really don't know what causes this delay. The support (e-mail and chat) is very friendly, but not helpful - as they only refer to "the relevant department" and don't have any specific information.

I requested the withdrawl on 11.06.2020. I added the pending withdrawl, a screenshot of the support mail and a screenshot of the support chat.

As Casino Sieger answers the complaints here, I really hope there'll be some helpful information - or at least a timeframe, when I get my money.

It seems, the news were not as good as expected ;-) On Wednesday, the support told me: Money within 48 hours.
Today: It can take much longer than 2 days, as stated in our terms and conditions. Just sit there and wait. (and don't ask about it)

I suggest to update the casino info. "Withdrawls within 48 hours" should be replaced with "can take longer, just read our T&Cs".

However, just a post that the complaint doesn't expire.

I already made the offer to the support, but to make if official:
If I get 1.250€ paid via SKRILL during Monday, Casino Sieger can keep 250€ as a "speed processing fee".

I checked the account status a few minutes ago and saw, that the withdrawl was "GENEHMIGT." (Approved?) - So it seems there will be good news incoming :-)

I've got a mail from the support:

"Dear XXX,

Thank you for contacting us.

I would like to inform you that your withdrawal has been approved and processed yesterday. You are going to receive the amount in up to 5 business days depending on your bank’s speed.

Please be informed that our Financial department has informed us that the payment was processed on 28th of June.

Till now, I haven’t received the money (that’s why I prefer Skrill).

According to other user reviews here, I expect it to hit my account on Monday/Tuesday next week.
