I made an account and deposited 150€. My deposit went through as money left from my account. But I didn't get my money on my balance. I contacted them and they asked from some documentation about the deposit. I provided what they asked and they promised to keep me updated about it and solve the issue. Well, nothing has been solved and no communication at all from Casino Rocket.
At first it was "pending" and now it's "discarded". Yet I have not received the money back into the account I deposited from. Frustrating and very slow customer service.

We contacted the Casino support team and got some feedback from them. They have informed us that only today they got a reply from the processor for their query logged on the 26th of January. The issue should be resolved today and the funds should be credited in your casino account very shortly.
On behalf of the casino I would like to apologise for the inconvenience and I would also like to assure you that the casino is doing it's best to get the issue sorted. Unfortunately in this case the issue was on the processors side and the support team had not update to give you until they got themselves so sort of information.
