OrientXpress Casino - Casino not processing my withdrawal

Hi, I have been playing a little on Orientxpresscasino, and I have not had any major issues. I made a withdrawal of 400 euros and within 4-5 working days I had my account verified and the money in my account. However now I am waiting for a withdrawal of 2000 euros and nothing seems to happen. It still says "pending" after 7 days when they state 5 working days in their terms and conditions (They also say sometimes it takes longer, without giving any clues on how much). My last withdrawal had the status of "processed" while I was waiting for my funds. Does this mean they have not even started looking at this withdrawal after 7 days? I can see that several other players have experienced stalling so I am not going to wait for weeks and months before submitting a complaint. When I talk to chat, (who has been quite friendly btw) they just say it is under management review whatever that is. Please help me speed up this process as I feel like I am getting the runaround.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I am already verified and have withdrawn funds from your casino before so please sort this out and stop stalling as this is ruining my experience with you guys. It has now been 10 days and my withdrawal is still pending.

Hi again

I did receive a call from Orientxpress casino today and they assured me that the payment was now in process. I will update this complaint as resolved as soon as the money shows up in my bank.
