Well overdue withdrawals
Hi I have been playing at this casino for quite a while without any problems however my last 2 withdrawls are now overdue and the communication between accounts is dreadful. By means of overdue one withdrawl is 14 business days overdue and the second is 7 business days overdue. While I can probably give the second one a few more days even though it is the maximum time stated for on website for funds to hit account the first withdrawl is getting beyond ridiculous. I mean seriously 14 business days for a RTGS wire transfer? I have repeatedly asked the accounting team to help or/and do a trace on transaction and all I get told is to "give it a few more days". I have provided updated account statements every day via email to prove I haven't received funds. I am at a loss as what to do and doubtful I will recieve money before xmas now. Both withdrawls are for $4000 each.
