Hi I have been trying to get a wire transfer from casino moons for two months almost. They said it was sent twice and I waited the time frame and nothing. Both times I have to send account bank statements. To prove I didn’t receive it. I have all emails and have attached some
I need help to get this money. Hope you can help me.

Please note that we have looked into it and, as informed by our accounting team as well, the payment has been made twice and should have already been received. The selected method has been bank Wire, but since it seems to not go through, we would like to recommend that we try again with a different payment method, the available ones would be Paper Check and Ecopayz.
Please let us know if you agree to one of the aforementioned payment methods, and know that all you need to do is to confirm us the address in case you choose Papercheck, or confirm the Ecopayz ID. You can confirm the information via email to accounting [@] casinomoons.com [typed together] and we will re-issue the payment right away.
