As apparent from the submitter's latest post, the AskGamblers Complaint Team is pleased to announce the case has been resolved and closed.
We thank both parties for their assistance during the complaint process.
I have received to what I think was the payment $71.25 from account name Deaco.
Firstly the amount is no where near the withdrawal amount which was approved $300. The Even though your terms state the maximum payment on bonus's is $100 I don't understand why this original amount was approved if it's against your T&C?
Secondly the payment had not been processed as stated by their accounts team from the start as the payment of $71.25 was literally received 2 days after making this complaint..
This complaint has been rectified however I personally do not recommend this Casino and I will be closing my account.
