Dear Sir/Madam,
I have played at Casino Moons and when I would like to request for withdrawal of USD1100 on 1st of July, until today, which is more than 2 weeks, I still do not receive my payout. My account with them has been fully verified as I provided them with my international passport and bank statement.
Their reply seems nothing they can do except that I have to request withdrawal again pending their final account verification. This is too much as taking more than 2 weeks for verification purpose is making no sense.
Thank you and I hope Casino Moons can see my complaint here and they can expedite on my withdrawal request.
Based on submitter's last post AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is officially closed now.
