Casino owes me €8125


Hello AskGamblers.


I have been playing on and off on Casino Moons for several months.

I managed to get a few wins on the casino. The first win I got they asked me to withdraw using a bank transfer.

After successfully verifying my account, they processed my withdrawal on the 05 of April. They told me bank transfers take up to 15 business days to reach my account. Today marks the 15th business day and I have not received my money. I am still waiting for 3601.8 EUR


After the processed the withdrawal, I had no reason to think that the money would not arrive, so I decided to play with them again only this time I used Bitcoin as a deposit method. This time I managed to end up with a balance of 8523.7EUR. I requested a withdrawal for the weekly maximum (4000EUR) and it was processed and paid out to me.


My balance now stood at 4523.7EUR (not counting the missing original payment)

I decided to request a withdrawal fro 4000 again. At this moment in time, I was waiting for 3601.8 EUR from the original withdrawal to my bank, I now had an additional 4000EUR pending and a balance of 523.7.


On Thursday 22/04 I received an email stating

After a complete review of your account activity, the Management Team has decided to bring our business relation to an end and to permanently close your Casinomoons account, in accordance with the following rule in our Terms and Conditions:

‘2.6.4. The Company reserves the right to cancel the User’s Account for any reason whatsoever, at any time, without notice.’


I no do not have any access to my account and no way of chatting with the casino since you need to be logged in to chat with them.

I am missing the original 3601.8EUR bank wire that they processed on the 05 APril.

I am missing the 4000EUR that was pending in my account which never got approved. (BTC withdrawal)

My account was closed with 523.7 left inside.


The casino owes me alot of money and they closed my account without any good reason. To be frank, knowing that they can do something like this has turned me off from playing with them. They used to call me and offer me promotions and acted all nice with me on the phone, yet when I won from them they changed their behavior right away. I don't even care to play with them anymore knowing they are capable of this, I just want what is mine. Please Ask Gamblers, help me establish communication with the casino.

Hello, I just wanted to share a quick update


The casino has paid 4000EUR via bitcoin and they contacted me telling me that the bank withdrawal has failed.

They will pay it via Bitcoin. I will update you once I have more information

4000AUD Withdrawal declined & 3 times Account Verification

Submitted withdrawal request for $4000 on the fifth day it was declined. The excuse was they didn’t have proof of ownership of payment method. They requested a bank statement so I sent bank statements for all 3 cards I have on file and then resubmitted withdrawal request.

4 days after submitting the new request I accidentally cancelled it. So I decided to resubmit but change the payout method from wire transfer to Bitcoin. They say the Bitcoin transfer is instant once approved compared to up to 15 days for wire transfer. Then of course on day 5 again I receive an email saying withdrawal declined due to not having credit card vouchers on my account. Are they serious ?? Why was I not advised of this last time. They told me they only needed bank statements. So I go ahead and complete the vouchers for all cards on file and email a scanned copy with photo Id and copy of credit cards. I then ask via email if any more documents proving my id and ownership of accounts is required and I’m told no I’m fully verified so I go ahead and resubmit the withdrawal request for a 3rd time.

On day 3 of the new request I get an email saying declined again. This time for account verification - apparently it’s random selection.

This is absolutely disgusting. It is just another tactic to delay the withdrawal process and not have to pay. I have emailed several times asking why all of a sudden I have to provide all these proof of ownership documents, ID, bank statements and the list goes on but when I comes to me depositing they are more than happy to take my money with absolutely no questions asked and no ID or proof of ownership required. No one has bothered to answer that one.

I’m appalled at the delay tactics used when it comes to them paying out money. I just want to be paid what is rightfully mine and if they keep stalling or refuse I will be disputing all transactions made with my bank and reporting them as fraud.
