Hello, I deposited 20 euro with a 40 percent bonus at Casino Las Vegas on May 16. After completing the rollover, I requested a withdrawal of 113 euro, the next day, on the 17th. On Tuesday the 19th they informed me that they approved the withdrawal, but I did not receive the money in my Neteller account. On Wednesday the 20th they tell me that they canceled it and that I request the withdrawal again because they have a technical problem. They approved the withdrawal again but I did not receive the money. Today I have already made many claims via email and chat and I still have not received my payment.
