Stalling payment, support not very helpful


Did my 2nd deposit there(25€) 3 weeks ago, wagered my bonus and wanted to withdrawal my money (ca135€). I was told the bonus is non cashable in chat, so i withdrawed 100€. Then i got a standard email that i have to verify my account, what i did. Few days later i got my documents accepted. Then i tried to withdrawal again via banktransfer and got an email that my iban is incorrect which wasnt the case. But anyways i tried it again and got an email confirmation. Few days later i asked in livechat wether my withdrawal is processed and i was told again that my iban is wrong and i have to send a mail with my bankdata. I did thad four days ago but got no answer so far. Asked in livechat again today and was told i have to send an email again. Livechat there doesnt really want to help
