No paying out and block players

Not paying redemptions and only giving delaying responses. They say the expedite claim but nothing happens. Redemption for Gift Card of $50 submitted on May 7, 2025 and still not processed. Just getting the run around. I have contacted customer support 7 times and given the same copy and paste response. Others are complaining on Facebook as well now.

Bank transfer approved but never received

I verified my ID on 7-11-25 through 7-31-25. I redeemed a bank transfer for $103.02 on 8-1-25. Bank transfer was approved, but I still haven't received it. I also redeemed $50.14 for a gift card on 9-10-25. I'm still waiting for approval on this one. I have emailed and called on many occasions to check the status. I keep being told that they are behind because they have a high number of requests, but because I contacted them, they will escalate mine. Nothing ever happens. I was even told money would be in my account no later than 9-22-25. Never happened. I have the documents to show I'm truthful. I'm having problems uploading them to you. Keeps saying capital and small letters ok. My documents are JPGs, I'm not sure if that's the problem or not. If you could please send me an email, I will attach them that way. I'm far from a computer guru. Thank you for your help.

Never Received Gift Card

I redeemed a gift card for $10 on Casino.Click on April 28th and it says it was supposed to take no longer than 3 business days to go through Prizeout which it’s been way past. I contacted Prizeout and they said they are still waiting on Casino.Click to send it so it’s not Prizeout that’s the problem. Usually the gift card redemptions don’t take more than a day or two so this is not normal.

Have not received 427 dollar payment for over 3 weeks

I deposited $307 with Casino.Click on 20 February and turn it into $427.13 for a $120 profit.

I tried to withdraw the $427.13 via bitcoin - and it was approved on 26 February.

It is now March 14 (more than 3 weeks later) and despite at least 5 discussions with support and Casino Click on TrustPilot, I am still awaiting payment.
