Won't let me request a withdrawal after big win claiming 'technical issues'

for a week now I can not withdraw my winnings, I recently passed verification there, there were deposits and payments without problems. In the support service, they tell me what the finance department is doing, then they say that this is a technical problem. I want to understand this only I have a problem with payment or all casino customers? 1500$
