I’ve had an ongoing problem with Casino Caribic. About month ago I made a deposit and won £1043. I made a withdrawal and sent my ID documents. Soon after I received an email telling me that I was not transmitting my device ID. They told me to log in and this time transmit it. At the time I did not know what a device ID even was. Now I have learned what it is. Despite this I have absolutely no idea how I’m supposed to transmit it to the casino. I had never been asked to do such a thing at any website before. My PC is new and I have not installed any non-standard software on it. I’m just using Windows 10. There is nothing I can do to alter this and it is such a strange request that I believed it was due to a bug on their end. I’m not a technical guy and I am being asked to do things that are completely out of my power. I did as best as I could, repeatedly logging in as Casino Caribic asked. Now there is another problem. I have been emailing asking if everything was now in order and have been constantly ignored. I don’t know what is going on but this seems very unprofessional. Dealing with Caribic has been very frustrating. I have emailed them more than once and a long time has passed. They just don’t respond. Trying to receive my withdrawal has been a bit of a nightmare and I’m not sure what else to do at this point. This doesn’t seem reasonable to me.
