Withdrawals totaling $10,000 delayed for months


I have been waiting over 4 months for withdrawals I submitted in Sept’2017. Several of these withdrawals were approved in Nov’2017. Two of them are still awaiting approval. The total of these withdrawals is over $10,000. I have called the VIP and Customer Service numbers many times and keep getting the runaround. They admit there is an issue on their side and continue to escalate it. I never hear back from them and I have to continue to call them to get any response. Any help is appreciated.

We would like to use this occasion and suggest to player to submit new complaint against the casino in question if something goes wrong with their payment/s which are not part of the current complaint.

Yes I received the check for $2500 last week. That is the last check I was due from Captain Jack. Thank you for all your help.

The only remaining check I have due is from Dreams Casino for $2130. Can you also help me with this one?

Your final payment was already sent off: 2/13 Paid $2500 for transaction #27764116. I can see from the tracking that the payment was delivered to you on the 15th.
