Wont payout my $2,500 for over a month and want Bitcoin

I got no deposit free spins I done the wager then I won the jackpot so I went and filled out the withdrawal form choose to be paid out by wire bank transfer and waited after a couple days I contacted them only to find out they needed some documents so I sent it all thru and was told all looked good another few days past I asked how it was going and was told they needed documents once again so sent them again this happened for 3 weeks.

Then I got an email saying my withdrawal was denied because I never sent documents they were asking for so I went and done the withdrawal process again sent the documents again and waited then all of a sudden my winnings were gone and they tell me they can do that I wasn't happy and argued it. Almost a month goes by and I finally see on my casino account its been approved for 2500 I get all excited to only receive an email days later saying they cant process my payout ill need to send them a bitcoin address I replied I don't have bitcoin and I would like to receive it the way I applied for it if I wanted to be paid in bitcoin I would of choose that option. Couple days later they replied to me saying its not up for discussion if I want my payout processed I need to send them the address to my bitcoin. Now I'm getting no reply nothing and still no money

I'm not certain how much clearer I can make this, but I'll try...

Let's begin with the fact that you did NOT make any sort of cash deposit. This means, you built your withdrawal using a free chip. I've already given the terms and conditions relating to free chips/free spins in my previous reply.

I've gone ahead and sent AskGamblers management a copy of your transaction history and the information regarding the coupon involved.

In the future, I would recommend reading and understanding the terms of any online casino you play at--this will help prevent any disappointment.
