Withdrawal and verification trouble with just $100 payment


i sent in my PHOTO ID and still got NO response and its een almost 4 weeks like i met all the wagering requirments and need to to buy groceries and i cant seem to withdraw from there, its kinda upsetting to be ignored like this, please will someone update me or let me withdraw my winnings please, like i was going to deposit in the future but if i cant even take out 100$ then idk what to think my unsername is, Wayno709 and email address is waynen­ewh­ook­51@­gma­il.com
