Winning payout check bounced


I had deposited money in my account and won .. I used a promotional code giving me a certain percentage if I deposited $xx or more. I asked for a withdrawal of $2500 of my winnings as that’s all you can get at a time. Since they couldn’t wire funds to my bank account , and since I had not deposited using Bitcoin they could not give my winnings either of those ways leaving me no choice but to go with the hosts suggestion at a check. I did- it took almost 3 months to get it to me via fed ex and they took the amount that they gave me over my actual deposit ( the percentage amount) . I was like ok whatever when I received check it was 50$ less than what they say account was approved to send ..I did EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID- went into bank branch deposited check with teller- they had a hold for 3 days - I waited then it was cleared for me to send. I did- why not it is my money..I deposited the check within 30 days of receiving it.. and now my bank account is overdrawn the check amount because they failed to pay it - I’ve been sent to collections - and have been charged a whole lot of fees.. how is this right? I did everything they told me to do.. exactly how they said and they screwed me!! I’m officially done with online casinos and will talk to my bank about this fraud and getting my money back ..and I’m supposed to be vip 2– this is blatant fraud and scamming.

Yes, I believe I’ve made my point and they certainly couldn’t and haven’t been able to explain the intent to defraud.. and the menial pot shots to shift blame again and again when claims were that I was overpaid. I mean I only have an IQ of 171 but even I know it’s common sense that you don’t need to put a stop payment on a check you purposely bounced.. I will update your site via email with the goings further on lawsuit as we have appointments to meet with the DA as well as the attorney General.. I appreciate your forum and really want to thank you for assisting me in getting “most”- not all- but most of my money is certainly better than none.
I consider this matter as resolved as it’s going to get on here anyway. Thank you again for all your help, all players should know about your site- it’s an absolutely incredibly useful tool!!!

I’m not getting into a long drawn out discussion about how it’s MY FAULT THAT YOUR COMPANIES CHECK BOUNCED!! As far as getting overpaid- someone is yanking your chain my dear - or your payment Dept is not telling you something making you look like you really don’t know what your talking about..I’ve attached a copy of received Bitcoin transaction and it was clearly ALOT less than 2500$… but yeah, it’s not nice to blame the person you frauded or tried and if your still claiming I didn’t pay the $250 fee.. that’s bogus and I’ll attach proof to show that yep! Stop payment?? There was non sufficient funds- my Bitcoin address is the same should your payment Dept try to be right and actually send the additional monies that I’m actually owed- ( once again, this discussion would NOT AND I REPEAT NOT be taking place had YOUR check been good) they said they overpaid but clearly made false and untrue statements in this regard.. this can be shown in the screenshot I’ve attached- so please it just makes you continue to look bad-but ultimately this is a free country so if you’d like to believe the generosity of your payment Dept- by all means do so.. all I can do is be honest and show that payment once again was short but at least this time it was good. Thank you Tawni- I wish things could’ve ended up on a better note- I’ve given the attorney that was kind enough to take this on pro Bono- your email address should be need to contact you any further- his investigator just got back from a vacation in Canada with some very cool pictures and papers n stuff .. so I wish you all the best- I’m sorry your payment Dept is dishonest… not disclosing full details to you prior to your answer here..
