Waiting for two months and still getting the run around

I have $7,500 in withdrawals waiting to be approved. My oldest withdrawal has been requested over two months ago. When can I get an actual honest answer why they have not approved them yet?


They have been telling me it will be approved any day and they are escalating it to the right people. Then they tell me to check back in 3-5 days, but then I check back and NOTHING has been done. This has been going on for weeks. It seems that I am only being told that to put me off.


They were paying my withdrawals in a fairly timely manner, then all of a sudden, they were not approving them and giving me the run around telling me that they will be escalating them to finance and it would only be a few more days, yet weeks later NOTHING! They are no longer approving and paying the withdrawals in a timely fashion.

As promised a payment was sent to our processor, Tuesday: 7/13 Paid $4718.00 + No Service Fee for transactions #55880617 ($2,218), #55881948 ($2,500). Our processor confirmed the wire was completed Wednesday, so I would guess the funds have reached your account by now.

Your next payment was sent to our processor, Wednesday: 7/14 Paid $2218 + No Service Fee for transaction #55881953. I would expect the funds will reach your account towards the middle of the week.

Hi Peter--

It's been a long time since I've heard from you. I hope all is well. ;-)

Your withdrawals have now been approved and the first payment will be sent to our processor later today. The remaining withdrawal will be sent to be processed, Thursday.

Once I have the transaction details, I'll be back with another update.
