I requested a payout for winnings of $400 on January 19, 2021. I submitted all the required documents several times. I've emailed them 6 times since the withdrawal request. No one will return a response by email, customer service will not answer my calls and the instant chat will not work on my account.
As of today, April 5, 2021, I have not received any response or deposits into my checking account from Captain Jack casino

Yes, I used comp points and more than exceeded the play through requirements. Not sure why $300 was removed from my withdrawal request. I did receive a $100 deposit in my account and being charged a $15 fee from my bank for the transaction. So a $400 withdrawl request has somehow become an $85 payout. Definitely not happy with the outcome, delay of payment and the process for the withdrawal. Would never recommend Captain Jack Casino to anyone.

Hi Joann--
I'm pleased to tell you that your payment was sent to our processor, Thursday: 5/13 Paid $100 + no Service Fee for transaction #54443649. I would expect the funds to reach your account early this coming week (if not already).
As you can see there is a shortfall from your requested withdrawal amount. The reason for this is that you built your withdrawal using comp points (1500= $15.00). There is a 1x maximum cash-out allowance with comp points, so with this in mind, you would only be eligible for the $100 withdrawal.
I wish you all the best,
Tawni
