Waiting for my first 2500 dollars since September


I requested a withdraw of 2500 on 9/20 and they haven't approved for payment yet.

I have attached a screenshot for proof. I have tried to speak to chat help but all they can say is that they will escalate it.

This was part of a group of 4. So so I don't know what the problem could be.

I've played with many a casino and nobody takes more than 72 hours so I'm a little upset.

Sorry should I put that in business days. Lol
