Very slow payment since March

Hi, as per the title, I have not been able to get a single withdrawal request approved since 4/14/22, and its related payment sent to my account on my end on 4/16/22. I have had requests dating back from 3/2/2022 and have only had success getting 3 requests approved and fulfilled.


Currently, I have a total sum of $47,500 in the form of 19 pending requests:

(8) of them were requested on 3/11/2022

(6) of them were requested on 3/13/2022

(5) of them were requested on 4/14/2022


A dozen or so attempts to either get the issue expedited or resolved through support has, in my opinion, been a waste of time and generally unhelpful, as seems to be common on here.

Looking to the guidance of AskGamblers and all that can help. I will be as timely with responses as I can.
