Verified, but still not able to withdraw

I joined Captain Jack Casino last week. I was thrilled to win and submit a withdrawal request. I emailed their support to ensure that I followed the instructions correctly in hopes to prevent delays. I received an email stating that I needing to complete ID verification via Hooya. I submitted all documents, drivers license, selfie photo and a utility bill in my name. I was approved via Hooya and directed to complete an additional authorization form, with my credit card info attached. I completed this form however I strictly use Bitcoin, I never use a credit card and I wrote this info on their document and submitted.

Yesterday I received an email requesting a Bitcoin address and I responded with the address for the Bitcoin withdrawal. I then received another email from Lauren @ Captain Jacks stating that I needed to submit the following info for consideration- my scan of my drivers license, a selfie photo along with a newspaper showing today’s date. I followed each procedure. After reading the numerous issues via AskGamblers, I am now concerned.

Yesterday I followed up with the additional request from CJC and submitted the additional requirement, a selfie w/newspaper showing the date. Currently waiting to hear back from Lauren Williams at Captain Jack’s Casino regarding the withdrawal.

The withdrawal request totals $2230 (less the bonus match which I understand will be deducted, per the agreed bonus rules). I have attached screenshots of the withdrawal request, approved identity process (Hooyu) and emails from Captain Jack’s Casino (CJC) staff. I will proceed with the additional, duplicate identity requirements. I did proceed and was approved by Hooyu, the service Captain Jacks’ used for identity approval, which included submitting a selfie, drivers license and utility bill. After this process was approved, I am now being required to send in another photo of my drivers license and selfie with my drivers license AND a newspaper showing the today’s date. I am frustrated because I’ve already been verified by the service Captain Jacks’ uses. I have never had a newspaper service and find this to be a ridiculous request. Today I will find a convenient store and purchase a newspaper since this is what’s left to receive my withdrawal.
After I submitted the withdrawal request, I initiated an email to CJC’s customer service to make certain I understood and followed all the rules.... yet the communication has been at the pace of a turtle and now it’s dragged on with duplicate ID requests. I have received another email today wanting the additional newspaper selfie which I wILL submit today. I will update this post after submission of this (hopefully) last requirement. I have already provided CJC with my Bitcoin address so hopefully it will be resolved soon.
