Verified, but still not able to withdraw
I joined Captain Jack Casino last week. I was thrilled to win and submit a withdrawal request. I emailed their support to ensure that I followed the instructions correctly in hopes to prevent delays. I received an email stating that I needing to complete ID verification via Hooya. I submitted all documents, drivers license, selfie photo and a utility bill in my name. I was approved via Hooya and directed to complete an additional authorization form, with my credit card info attached. I completed this form however I strictly use Bitcoin, I never use a credit card and I wrote this info on their document and submitted.
Yesterday I received an email requesting a Bitcoin address and I responded with the address for the Bitcoin withdrawal. I then received another email from Lauren @ Captain Jacks stating that I needed to submit the following info for consideration- my scan of my drivers license, a selfie photo along with a newspaper showing today’s date. I followed each procedure. After reading the numerous issues via AskGamblers, I am now concerned.
