Untimely Withdrawal Review and Payment
I have three (3) pending withdrawal requests (dated: 4/27, 4/28 & 5/4) for an aggregate sum of: $7,500. Pursuant to Captain Jack Casino's terms ("within" seven (7) business days from each request) the deadline for review/approval has past on all three (3) requests. Somewhat ironically, this is the third (3rd) consecutive time that Captain Jack has exceeded the maximum review timeline set forth in its own terms in regard to processing/approving withdrawal requests. Considering the aggregate three (3) pending withdrawal requests in conjunction with three (3) consecutive complaints on this issue, the "Trifecta" header seems quite appropriate here.
Despite repeated follow ups through their live chat customer support, who assert that the untimely processing has been escalated and referred to the relevant team, there has simply been no resolution or explanation for these delays and the these withdrawal requests inexplicably remain 'pending'. Despite entertaining gaming options and exceptional bonus offerings, it has become increasingly difficult to continue to play at Captain Jacks, as a pattern of failing to adhere to their own terms has unmistakeably emerged.
