Troubles with delayed withdrawal again


I requested a withdrawal on December 20, 2020 of $832.93. I have been back and forth with the casino several times to give them all my information, but still my withdrawal is “processing”. This is not the first time I have made a withdrawal so they should have had all my information in the first place. I had trouble then also.
