They broke their terms and conditions

I made a deposit the last week of July and I won about $1200 and then played it down until it was $800 when it was $800 I submitted for a withdrawal. After waiting over a week I log in and see that the withdrawal was denied and it gave no reason I contacted Chat and through the chat. They told me that I did not give a bitcoin address. I did give a bitcoin address it was through cash app you had to give a bitcoin address to request the withdraw, I was then asked to resubmit the withdrawal using a different bitcoin address so I set up an account through BitPay and resubmitted the withdrawal request with a new bitcoin address. This was on August 9 I have contacted them several times through Chat and keep being told to be patient that my issue was escalated.

I again contacted them this past Saturday. I was told if I did not hear something within 48 hours to contact them and they will figure out what the problem is. I contacted them again today and was told that I need to be patient and I should hear something soon. Every one of these times in the chat they sent me a copy of the terms and conditions, but they are the ones breaking the terms and conditions not me!

Hello after submitting my complaint, I received my money two days later. Sad that it had to come to this. I also think it’s odd that they did not give an explanation at all to why they were delaying the payment but I appreciate all your help and so happy to get paid.
