Still waiting on withdrawals to be reviewed

I submitted a withdrawal request in the amount $5,000 total. Two separate withdrawals in the amounts of $2,500 and $2,500, back on 3/27/21. To date, my withdrawals are still pending. I have sent multiple emails with no response. I have chatted live on numerous occasions and was told all documents have been verified and that my request would be escalated. It has been escalated several times now and I still haven’t received any movement from them. I just want my winnings that are due to me. I have screenshots of a conversation back on 4/21/21 I can provide.

Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.
