Still waiting on balance of approved withdrawal from dec 2020


I requested four withdrawals totalling $10g on Dec 6, 2020. After supplying all of the necessary documents, I finally received (via wire transfer) 3 of the withdrawals (one in April, May, and June). I still have one more coming and they have been saying to be patient and that it is coming. Now I was told that the last payment is pending approval again. Please help.
