Still no payout even though my request has been escalated multiple times

I have been trying to recieve my payout of $900 since April.

I have submitted everything they asked for, verified my identity, sent in my bit coin information like they asked and complete silence. I have contacted support in chat, email and even the support+ number that they ended up sending me. I keep being told that it has been escalated and that I will hear back within three days. Still yet to hear back. I am including one of the emails here (though I have multiple) taking our money from us to play and as we lose doesnt seem to be an issue for them yet paying out what you are owed certainly is. It is very aggravating to have to beg for the winnings that you are owed. It all seems very fraudulent once you ask for a payout.
