Stalling on withdrawals totaling $10,000

I’m waiting on 4 withdrawals of 2500 dollars for over 4 weeks now. First they said that my bank account was no good for wire transfers. I don’t think this was true but sent new bank details last week. I haven’t heard back since and can’t get through on live chat as I keep getting cut of, I’m not sure if this is on purpose or not.
Is there anyway you could look into this for me? I’ve read all your reviews now and am quite worried!! Wish I had of read them before I deposited

At least you reply to me, but not the news I wanted. I’ve sent my bitcoin address by email to payments team at casino.
I trust you will follow this up ASAP and make sure all is settled quickly as this has been going on long enough now
