Stalling on a withdrawal request

I am filing a complaint because it has been over 20 days since I requested a rapid withdrawal.(Which I was not informed they did not do anymore until I called in and asked why I have not received my payment yet) I have been getting the runaround eversince I’ve never got a email to submit any kind of documents I had to call in weeks later to see what was going on, they have escalated this case plenty of times and I’ve also have screenshots of every transaction in every conversation that I’ve had with them. I don’t understand why I have to wait so long to get my winnings especially When one of the customer service rep said the payment should’ve been paid within 10 days from submitting the information. I’ve sent plenty of emails and I have not got one response from either of them I’ve also emailed the financial department and I haven’t got a response from them. I would like my money to come back the same way I deposited it and only one rep told me I can email in and get it switched over but the rest of them told me it would take an extra probably additional 20 days for an and another verification for it to come back bitcoin can you guys please help me because this is not understandable I play plenty online casinos and it’s never taken this Long for me to receive any with drawl. And I’ve never had to submit any other documentation except for my proof of address and my ID if I only submitted bitcoin and never use the debit card on your system.
