Hey There,

AG was kind enough to assist the last time I needed help. I'm hoping you can help with resolution again. I have approx $20,000.00 owed to me by this casino, some of which are well over 30 days old. While I have absolutely no faith in their customer service line, I did try reaching out and got the usual " we will escalate" but to date nothing. I'm hoping you can help to get my payments processed?!

AskGamblers Complaints Team has been informed that Captain Jack Casino representative might not be able to respond to ongoing complaints until Thursday, 15th of October, therefore the time frame is being extended with another 96 hours.

I'm happy to tell you that your withdrawals have already been paid: 10/13 Paid: $4820 + No Service Fees for transactions: #49746006 ($700.00), #49746000 ($2,440.00), #49745963 ($840.00), #49745940 ($840.00). According to our processor, the wire was completed on the same day, so I would expect the funds have already reached your account.

Hi Tawni!

I'm doing well thank you. I hope you are too and most importantly, staying healthy!!
I was very shocked to see that the withdrawals were not only approved but deposited as well! They were approved 10/12 and in my account 10/14! I'm Extremely impressed on the 48 hour turn around! Thank you if that was your doing :) and it would be great if things continued that quickly! lol

I will be on the lookout for your updates on the remainder of the withdrawals
