Severely delayed withdrawal payment
I have been playing on Capt Jack Casino for several years, and although the payouts have been outside the time frame set by the casino, they have been paid until the last four, and it has gotten to a point of totally unacceptable and frustration. I initially requested the withdrawals I am seeking help collecting, APRIL 1, 2021. After several months of waiting, calling and texting, resubmitting the same requested documents time and time again, and being accepted and updated completely each time (all documentation are current and correct, have been accepted and approved by the casino and their processor) without results I have found that the phone numbers and email addresses are no longer accessible. It was suggested by their customer rep, through online help, on Sept 29, 2021, that after months of requests, and not receiving, my withdrawals, that I should reverse them and resubmit, which I did. I have contacted the casino at least three times since then to hear the usual empty apologies and to be told for the umpteenth time that my requests will be escalated. Unfortunately, they have not. They are still sitting in PENDING. Payments slowed down to a halt once they changed my status from VIP to Expert Master in, I believe, May 2021. I do not know why this status change was made other than I have won maybe one out of 5 or so times that I would make a deposit. The withdrawals that have not been paid are #2490645, $2,500., #2490646, $430., #2490647, $431., and #2490648, $450., all having been resubmitted on 9/24/2021, totalling, $3,811.00.
