Payments not being approved and sent


Captain Jack owes me approximately $12k in payments going back to Mid June. They requested new verification documents which were submitted both via email and via the casino app itself but nothing has been approved and all are still pending.

I would appreciate my funds being approved and sent out.

I received the 8/29 payment today on 9/3 so I believe we are all set with this one. The remaining two are current and I'm assuming you will keep your eye out for them now that they are on your radar.

As always your help resolving is very much appreciated.

Your final payment on this account was sent off to our processor, Sunday: 8/29 Paid $1532 + no Service Fee for transaction #56987912.

I would expect the funds will reach your account towards the end of this week. ;-)
