Payment taking longer than terms and conditions

On August 3, 2023, I requested a Bitcoin payout in the amount of $500. They waited until August 22 to review and approve my payout request, only to tell me that I could not receive crypto because the bulk of my withdrawals there have not been paid in crypto. My deposit was made using Litecoin (crypto).

They said they would mail a check and it would have $25 deduction for processing.

I was later told they were sending bitcoin, and then told check, then told bitcoin and was provided my bitcoin address that it was sent to, then told a check, then told a wire, then told bitcoin, then told check mailed via FedEx,but no tracking number.

I have received nothing besides conflicting information. Please help me.

The check is not bad--it is an international check. Most banks will place holds on international checks until the funds clear.

There is nothing we can do on our end to speed this along, as this is an issue between you and your bank.

I've was sent a bad check possibly. My bank sent notice that they will hold the payment and update on the 25th. The deposit was made inside the bank with a teller as instructed.
