Payment Not Received
On 26/1/2023 I requested payments of $2300 and $2170 total of $4470 from Captain Jack casino. My username is < username removed >. I submitted my bank statement, bank details, utility bill and ID at that time. I have not received payment which is unreasonable given the length of time since the requests were made. I would be very grateful for any assistance you can give in helping me to receive these two payments.
