Payment issues and there is no communication
Okay so I reached out to the casino personally twice already and I'm talking to a robot apparently because I keep getting the same message over and over again instead of an actual answer.
I can't get into any games my screen will go White beyond the one game that I won yesterday and I'm fine playing that game but I was trying to do some other things while I was going to report the issue to them and a robot emails me like six times the same message. Then I sent in my withdrawal request yesterday after I won on the desert radar a good chunk. I put in $100 by Towson withdrawal and yes I read all the requirements met my playthroughs and cashed out what the bonus requirements were for the casino, and I was still in the green.
$450 my first withdrawal Quest was denied and my money disappeared so of course and naturally, I'm going to keep an eye on it and still have heard absolutely nothing nor have I actually got to talk to anyone.
As far as if they even received it last time I had to wait almost 2 months to figure this out for myself I was actually hoping I was going to get the cash-out of my money.
This time I have screenshots of everything from when my account first opened till now my transaction history my bank account history if that's needed. My email shows where I have tried to reach out to this casino and nobody has bothered to message me back as far as last time on the games they won't do anything.
I've been in pending forever now. My bottles should have gone through my account today but not far from that is my only downfall play here yet I still deposit my hard-earned money and play cuz I like it.
It's not hard to win it's just hard to get it but now I can't even play the games I like I can only play one nothing else and I'm trying to report this issue by the time they actually reply back it'll be fixed
