Owed USD 5000 since August 2022
I am submitting this complaint in regard to $5,000 that was requested via Bitcoin (in two payments of $2,500) back in August of 2022.
I have submitted all necessary documents and have followed up with live chat on numerous occasions. I feel that as we approach the one-year mark, it is necessary to submit this complaint.
There is also a remaining $1,763 in the balance that has not been withdrawn, solely due to the fact that the Bitcoin option has been removed from the cashier. If that can be manually requested by the manager as well, I would greatly appreciate it.
