I am submitting this complaint in regards to a $2,500 withdrawal that was originally requested in November 2021.

I have followed up a number of times with live chat and was told each time that an approval would be coming soon, but it never happened. There were also two email correspondences in which I provided my Bitcoin address and the necessary documents (screenshots attached).

Additionally, I requested another $5,000 a couple of months ago, in hopes it would move things along, but it was returned to the balance for no apparent reason.

Before submitting this complaint, I re-requested the $5,000 in two separate withdrawal requests of $2,500 each - a combined total of $7,500 pending.

Please let me know if any further information is required. Thank you.
