Captain Jack Casino - Non payment and I keep getting the runaround for $1,000

So I've been playing this group of casinos for a bit now, and I've made enough mistakes and had them throw the terms of conditions in my face enough times to know the rules. So... I keep my payments all BTC to avoid the 'red tape', and I pay very close attention to the bonuses I pick, and my play thru....

Currently I have a 1000 dollar BTC withdrawal "in process" with captain jack casino. I use the correct type of wallet, and have had my documents approved before I even started making the deposit. Also I have had 2 or 3 successful withdrawals from there sister casino, silver oaks, and royal aces. So I initiated the withdrawal on the 28th of Sept, and in that screen, after I enter my btc address it says on the screen, thanks you request will be reviewed within 5 business days.

Not the 5th day I was told it was actually 10 business days, I threw a fit and they said they "escalated" the withdrawal. Since that day, and every day in-between I have asked about it and I just get told the same thing. On my account in the withdrawal section nothing changes it still says in process, and in my transactions it doesn't even say approved. As far as proof I've been taking screenshots of everything

Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.

They did pay me yes the day I posted this complaint and I got the email from ask gamblers saying it had been posted next thing I know I got paid, I'm currently dealing with the same issues with three other casinos next up is cool cat one of their sister casinos let's see if they do the same thing.
