No response to mails, no update on withdrawal of $650


After submitting my Bitcoin withdrawal I was never asked for or given a chance to enter my Bitcoin wallet address and was immediately sent to hooyu verification page. After my ID verification approved and my selfie verification Approved my clearly dated and clear picture of my 1040 Tax form from my Taxes was denied the maximum amount of times. So I moved to medical form verification and my Social Security Benifits and my Aarp medicaid was denied the maximum allowed times. Finally my Peco power bill was approved under utility verification. After successfully completing all hooyu verifications I was then asked for the same documents all to be sent to docume­nts­@ca­pta­inj­ack­cas­ino.com along with a paper I had to print out and sign and send as well. After doing so I emailed them asking when and where would I get the opertunity to give them my Bitcoin wallet address so they know where to send my money and recieved no answer. I also sent them another mail with all the failed documents and the documents that they wanted and were approved through hooyu since I got no resonse to Completing the hooyu and captain Jack verification processes and also recieved no responces. The following day I attempted to live chat and instead live chat link automatically sent them a mail and I got an automated email saying I would hear back. Live chat was attempted again later that evening and the same thing. I finally received an email from a live person and was told documents was still waiting for my documents that I already had sent in twice. So I replayed that I already did twice but I was also attaching all said documents to that mail. They responded again they are waiting for documents. I replayed I just attached them to the previous mail of our conversation but that again for a 4th time total and second time in this email chain I was attaching all said documents and also asked when they were going to give me a chance to tell them where I actually want my withdrawal to go and that's when the responces stopped and Ive not heard back. My withdrawal on their site is still sitting in pending. Please help me get in touch with someobe who can veiw attached documents in a mail or has access to the documents division where I also emailed them too twice. So I can get this withdrawal processed and paid and give them the wallet address to send it to. Thank you.

Are there restrictions on my Rewards Balance?

Only bets placed in Slots, Keno, European Slot Poker, and Scratch Card games will be allowed. Any other game is restricted.

As such, you are not entitled to the withdrawal and the funds have been voided.
