No response on my withdrawal or deposit

I won 75$ USD with a bonus and completed all wagering requirements.

It instructed me to send in my ID and stuff for verification which I did, after that it said I need to deposit Bitcoin in order to withdraw and verify my Bitcoin address. I deposited $20cdn, more than the $10usd it asked, and I have not seen that money enter my account. It's been almost 2 weeks and I contacted the casino multiple times and no one responded to my emails.

Their live chat function doesn't exist even though it says they have one and the phone number listed does not work..

I just want the money I am owed and the money I deposited back.

Not sure what kind of scam they're running but never in my life have I deposited onto a casino and not received the money I deposited to play with...

I need immediate contact from Captain Jack Casino regarding this concern and again I want the money that I am owed by Captain Jack Casino.

First, let me be emphatically clear: There is NO scam here. If you look at our other complaints, there is an exceptionally high rate of resolution. Your claim is for only $90--do you honestly believe when we pay out hundreds of thousands of dollars each and every week, it's your $90 that we're not going to pay? This makes no sense.

What DOES make sense is that there are issues with what you are asserting. I'll explain...

First off, we have never received a Bitcoin payment from you. It is not showing in our search, so this is something you'll need to speak with your wallet about.

Second, our minimum withdrawal amount is $100. We do not issue payments less than this amount. You will need to continue playing to build up your balance in order to achieve enough to have a successful withdrawal.

I've sent the necessary evidence relating to the Bitcoin deposit to AskGamblers management as proof that what I've stated is accurate.

This is what they doing and they definitely are running some sort of scam, couldn't imagine if was 1000$ instead of under 100$ I'm asking for that I am rightfully owed and deposited
