No payment received and waiting over a month

I requested a $2500 withdrawal on 5/13/21, and sent in all requested paperwork on 5/16/21. I was told it would take 7-10 business days to issue the transfer to my bank. To date, it appears no progress has been made, I am told the same thing every time I follow up, that everything is good, they escalate my request several times over and tell me to contact them again on a certain day. They just keep telling me it is being processed and they are going to issue the funds, they just have so many payouts to do and is taking longer. It has been nearly 1 1/2 months since my original request and am furious in having to hear the same crap over and over yet nothing gets done.

Funds were deposited into my bank this morning, complaint resolved. It was $300 less than the amount requested, apparently deduction for bonus received? Thank you for your assistance!

I apologize for the frustration you've been experiencing with this.

I'm pleased to tell you that your payment was sent to our processor, yesterday: 6/30 Paid $2200 + no Service Fee for transaction #55552412. I would expect the funds will reach your account towards the middle of next week.

Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.

On a completely unrelated note, I had a good laugh with your casino username. Good stuff! ;-)
