No payment, no answers to my emails
hi. i deposited btc into captain jack casino and then requested withdrawl in the amount of $400 to my btc address on the 12th of october 2020. I have sent in all the requested verification documentation FOUR times all of which have gone unanswered. i have contacted live support and done everything they have asked me to do as well. i keep being told it will be forwarded to the correct department and to wait 2 weeks. all my subsequent emails to support have also gone unanswered. Almost 30 days have passed which i feel they are biding time so they do not have to pay.
Again, ive sent emails with my picture holding a newspaper with my id as well as proof of address. four different times. i keep getting the runaround. i need your guys help to get paid it seems. sure would appreciate it.
