No payment after 4 months

I requested a cashout from Captain Jack on November 21, 2020 for $2500 to be paid by Bitcoin. After many reach-outs to support, I was told I needed to confirm my bitcoin address. I did that on Jan 5, 2021 and got a confirmation that it was updated on Jan 13, 2021. 2 more weeks go by, no money.

I reach back out to support and now they claim my documents expired. They weren't when I originally requested the cashout as confirmed by multiple support people when I reached out before but because Captain Jack dragged their feet, now my docs are expired. Fine, I upload my docs again on Jan 28 and received confirmation on Feb 8.

I reach back out to support to request escalation because it's now been more than 2 months. They escalate and every week to 2 weeks since I've been on with support to get a useless "escalation." I must have at least 8 reach-outs to support now and am convinced I will never get paid.

Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.
