No communication at all
I used the free bonus and managed to fulfil wagering requirements and get to the max possible cashout of 100eur balance. I tried to request a withdrawal, but the withdrawal page in cashier is inactive. So I decided to send all the needed documents for verification first and then request a withdrawal of 100eur. After submitting all docs via email I received an automatic reply that my case should be attended to within 5 working days. Now after 8 calendar days and one reminder sent to the same email address - there is zero communication from this casino. I would like to know if this casino takes its clients seriously, especially when I sent them sensitive personal information. And secondly, I would like to get paid the 100eur winnings. Thank you!
