My documents are not approved

Hello.

I registered at Captain Jack casino where I received a no deposit bonus. I fulfilled the conditions and it became real money.

I sent my documents on July 2nd, I received an automatic response email that my email was scanned.

After more than 2 weeks, I contacted customer service about how long I had to wait for my documents to be approved so that I can transfer my money.

I got the answer that the casino site is not available in my region. This is a lie, because when I registered, I could select Hungary as my region!!!

So the customer service scammed me.

My documents have not been approved since then!

Please help me get my money.

When I registered, I received a no-deposit bonus that I fulfilled the requirement! Even though I sent my documents, they were not approved for 1 month. Until now, you lied that I didn't send in the utility bill, that's why they didn't approve the payment! After I sent it, you suddenly came up with something else so that I don't have to pay!
Now in August you sent me another free spin, meanwhile I already requested the payment before it. You keep lying so you don't have to pay, but there will be consequences, I'm done with you here, I'll notify the authorities. And I write everywhere that I cheat. You are disgusting!

You have redeemed multiple free chips in a row, which goes against our terms and conditions:

4. Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdrawal the second No Deposit Bonus.

17. The Player is entitled to only one free chip in between deposits; any winnings resulting from multiple free chips will be void. For example, should a Player redeem two free chips in a row, he/she will not be able to withdraw any winnings generated by playing on said chip.
