My documents are not approved
Hello.
I registered at Captain Jack casino where I received a no deposit bonus. I fulfilled the conditions and it became real money.
I sent my documents on July 2nd, I received an automatic response email that my email was scanned.
After more than 2 weeks, I contacted customer service about how long I had to wait for my documents to be approved so that I can transfer my money.
I got the answer that the casino site is not available in my region. This is a lie, because when I registered, I could select Hungary as my region!!!
So the customer service scammed me.
My documents have not been approved since then!
Please help me get my money.
