My denied withdrawal


I requested withdrawal on 11/19/2023 from captain jacks casino and it was manager approved but as days passed nothing. The only way to get information was through casino chat that’s were I was told there was a discrepancy with a deposit I made and was told to send bank statements via email which I did 4 different times. There is no discrepancy I gave debit card info they take money then I played but in all fairness it’s possible there looking at a declined transaction from my bank that does happen sometimes and if it does I call bank verify the transaction put it through again or use a different card. That actually happen at a different casino recently they dropped me in middle of play while they had me on chat confirmed I did make successful deposit after it was first declined totally professional. That’s the only legitimate thing that could have happen with captain jacks. I did also have free spins or bonus but that was all played through many thousands of dollars. The withdrawal amount was $2208.69

Last week was last time I chat with casino explained I sent everything that was requested wanted this handled and after long wait on hold I was told just because it says I had that much money to withdrawal does not mean you get to actually leave with the money. This whole process seems shady and fraudulent t to me I won that money on slots that I played to play and played through any free play or bonus and won fairly.

Hi I’m still waiting for payment I sent everything that was requested to captain jacks was told everything was given to payment manager they have all bank info also bitcoin info so I’m just waiting
