Late on payouts as usual


I was lucky enough to have a win on 1/12/2023.

I submitted all necessary documents online and emailed them to Captain Jacks. I requested to be paid by wire to my bank account and I got a text from a VIP host at Captain Jacks stating that they could not do a wire transfer to my bank and that I needed to choose another option.

I then chose to be paid by check. I went into the chat a couple of days later and asked for the person that helped me and notified me about the wire transfer, to make sure everything was fine. At that time he told me that he was unsure about the check and that I should just do the bitcoin withdrawal because it was almost immediate. I said I would get back to them because I have not been crazy about the crypto thing and I did not have a wallet.

I ended up setting up my wallet and checked back in with Captain Jacks. I got assistance from another VIP host and gave him the address to my wallet because he was going to change the information so I kept my place and withdrawal date. I once again checked my withdrawal today, 2/1/2023 and it still shows as a pending withdrawal and still has the wire transfer showing as a method of withdrawal.

I checked in with the chat and the VIP host said everything was in the works, they have all the information they need, and that it should process soon. The policy states 10 days for approval and 10 days for processing payment. Well, we are on day 13 of working days and it still shows pending. I will say though that any host I have ever worked with was always polite and quite nice. I would just like to get paid in a reasonable timeframe and it appears that nothing has changed much in that regard.
